Where we come from

Basic3’s President, François Morin, has been in the business of cabinetry design for 30 years. He has built a solid reputation in upscale furniture while specializing in high-end lumber mill products as well as domestic and exotic veneers. Always involved in the field of interior design, he strives to present designers with the latest in composite trends and innovative fabrication techniques. He has rapidly become known for his knowledge of tools, materials and techniques used to produce unique creations. Over the years, he has represented many designers on worksites to supervise construction tasks and follow-up on work plans.

His many accomplishments range from residential items such as bookshelves, furniture, tables, storage spaces for kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to commercial creations in venues such as boutiques, bars, restaurants, television set design and movie studio accessories.

To date, François Morin is known for his unique vision, his competence, his attention to details, and his originality in high-end cabinet making. With his extensive experience and large professional network, he surrounds himself with only the best in the industry.
